NVQs

NVQs have become increasingly popular qualifications which candidates earn through assessment in the workplace.  They are competence–based awards made up of a number of units.  They reflect the skills and knowledge needed to do the job effectively and show that a candidate is competent in the area of work represented by the NVQ.

Our team of qualified assessors are experienced in their specific field and are able to support the candidate through the NVQ programme on an individual basis.  Assessment is through on-the-job observation and questioning.  Candidates produce evidence to prove that they have the competence to meet the NVQ standards.
